Refund Policy

At Magnolia Management, all bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Please review our refund terms carefully before booking:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a full refund. Instead, 50% of the booking fee will be retained as a late cancellation charge.

  • Cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled service, or failure to attend (no-shows), are not eligible for a refund. The full booking fee will be charged.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Magnolia Management is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any deposits or retainers specified at the time of booking are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards, promotional credits, or discounted services are non-refundable.

Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. Refund exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Magnolia Management on a case-by-case basis.
